Please note: All appointment requests will be accepted after payment is sent to shradhachandrasekar-2@okhdfcbank.

Cancellations and reschedules

Cancellations require at least 48 hours' notice via text/email to avoid a charge.

Reschedules within the next 2 workdays must be requested at least 24 hours in advance via text/email to avoid charges.

Missed appointments (I will wait for 15 minutes after the start time), late cancellations (less than 48 hours) or reschedule requests (less than 24 hours) will incur the full session fee, unless due to unavoidable circumstances, as mutually determined.

Therapist cancellation policy

In rare instances where I must cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, I will provide as much notice as possible. In such cases, I will offer alternative time slots at the earliest convenience.

In an emergency

If you or a loved one are experiencing a mental health emergency including risk of harming yourself or others, severe intoxication, psychosis, mania or any similar situations, please reach out to your nearest emergency room/casualty, or call Tele MANAS at 14416 or 1-800-891-4416.

For ongoing support, I am available to assist in non-crisis situations through scheduled appointments.
